About Me
Early-Life Entrepreneurship
I've always been an entrepreneur. My first company at 18 was a small agency creating websites and blogs when blogs were the hype. I spent years deeply involved in Brazil's startup scene and even kicked off a local meetup movement in my city. Once a month, we'd take over bars with mics and speakers, connecting with fellow builders working on cool stuff. My ventures have taken me on some wild rides: a PayPal-like startup, a Groupon copycat, and even a SaaS platform for breakfast delivery that led to me selling five franchises. These projects opened doors I never expected, like being invited to speak at a major university in front of thousands of students and getting featured in a national tech magazine.
Moving to the U.S.
I've always dreamed big. The startup scene in the U.S, and, especially Silicon Valley was something I admired from afar for years. So in 2017, I took the leap and moved to the United States with zero connections and not knowing a word of English. And... well, things didn't go exactly as planned. Instead of launching the next big thing, I ended up doing just about everything but startups: driving Uber, renting cars, hosting on Airbnb, mining crypto, trading, running hostels, and (as crazy as it sounds) even opening a small Brazilian restaurant. I wandered pretty far from my original dream. And while I had some wins along the way, deep down, I always knew where my heart was: building.
The AI Revolution
Then AI started showing signs that it could actually code. And I was right there... spending 12/14 hours per day learning and experimenting. This was way before Cursor, Replit, or any of the tools we have today. Suddenly, everything changed. I realized I could go from idea to launch completely on my own, in just a few days. No team. No funding. Just me and AI.. ZeroToHero! Since then, I've been building non-stop, helping others do the same, and guiding businesses to automate and grow using AI.
And let's be real.. this feels like just the start of something huge. Not just for me, but for anyone who's ever had brilliant ideas trapped in their head with no way to bring them to life. The game has completely changed.

FailedSabor de Bel - Brazilian Restaurant - Miami
I opened a Brazilian restaurant in Miami. The business failed due to my lack of experience and enjoyment of the restaurant industry. I realized I needed to focus on what I love and what I'm good at = Tech.
2013-2018
ExitedPaoDaManha - SaaS platform focused on breakfast delivery
Built and launched a SaaS delivery platform similar to Instacart, but with a unique focus on breakfast. The service allowed both individuals and companies to subscribe to fresh morning products, such as bread, juice, and dairy.. delivered daily before the start of the day. In addition to subscriptions, a webstore offered a variety of add-on items that could be ordered until 10 PM and received alongside the morning delivery.
The business quickly gained traction and scaled successfully in its early stages, leading to the sale of five franchises across five major cities in Brazil. The platform's innovative model and rapid growth brought visibility in the Brazilian startup ecosystem, earning me a speaking opportunity at a major university and a feature in a leading tech magazine.
In 2014, after relocating to the United States, operations began to slow. Eventually, I sold the company to one of the franchisees, completing a fulfilling entrepreneurial journey from concept to successful exit.
2011-2013
FailedPaggy - Payment Processing Company in Brazil
I started a payment processing company in Brazil. The business failed due to repeated security issues and a lack of traction.I started one of Brazil's top 5 payment processing companies from my bedroom, but without the resources, support, or security know-how, it became clear I wasn't equipped to fight fraud at scale. It was a hard-earned lesson in resilience, risk, and the realities of fintech.
2011-2012
ExitedCompraBauru - Groupon-like Website in Brazil
I launched one of the first Groupon-like websites in my city in Brazil and saw great success during the early days when competition was low. But as the big players entered my city, traction declined quickly. Fortunately, I secured a solid exit by selling my user database to a competitor.
